Can I return or exchange my order?
You may return any unworn, unwashed item within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returns must be requested via email at hello@aureliaflow.com.
Items must be in their original condition, with tags attached.
Once we receive the return, your refund will be processed within 7–14 days.

How do I care for my set?
Machine wash cold, delicate cycle.
No bleach. No tumble dry.
We recommend air drying to keep your set soft and sculpted longer.
How do I get into the closed Aurelia Flow community?
Our private community is for Aurelia Members only — girls who have placed at least one order with us.
Once you make a purchase, you’ll automatically receive an invite to join our Telegram group, where we share early drops, Flow Point rewards, and offline surprises.
How do I get invited to the events you host?
Some of our events are open to everyone (like Flow Coffee), but the most special ones — closed workouts, rooftops, previews — are for Aurelia Members only.
